The 1,500 square foot open living area is dominated by white oak hardwood floors and revolves around a double-sided wood-burning fireplace.  A brand new A9 Bang & Olufsen sound system works seamlessly with any wireless source (iPhone, iPad,...) and provides state-or-art design combined with the most sophisticated sound quality in the world.

A B&B Italia sectional sofa anchors the living room, supplemented by two Seville chairs, and Missoni poufs.  The diptych, by Austrian artist Ilona Gunther-Primas, is entitled "Folie d'Automne" (Fall Folly) and was commissioned for the property.
