Lower Level Guest Rooms

The Lower Level features 8 foot high ceilings throughout and natural "English Basement" light in the bedrooms. A separate, large Master Bedroom area can be closed off and features its own Dressing Room and large en-suite bathroom. The additional guest room has two queen-sized bed and its own adjoining large bathroom. This lower-level suite of two bedrooms can be a perfect set-up for the second of two-families staying in the house.

King Bedded Lower Level "Master" Bedroom

With high ceilings and direct lighting from the garden-side of the house, this large second "Master" area is ideal for the parents in a second family as part of the group or guests wanting a little extra privacy. It features the bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and separate dressing room all closed off from the rest of the lower level.

Double Queen Bedroom

Two queen beds anchor the lower level bedroom featuring high ceiling and plenty of natural light from the garden-side of the house. Two large closets provide ample private storage for each of two guests. A limited edition, signed, Dr. Seuss print on the wall.
